Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini
Recipe from Southern Living 1996 Annual Recipes
Yield: 6 - 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 (7 ounce) package spaghetti
- 1¾ cups (7 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1½ cups chopped turkey or chicken
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimiento, undrained
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (10¾ ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti
- Combine spaghetti, 1¼ cheese and remaining ingredients
- Stirring gently
- Spoon into lightly greased 11" x 7" baking dish
- Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or bubbly
